About Us
Lindie Naudé completed the Bcom (Law) LLB Degree in 1999. She served her articles with a large firm in Pretoria, where she later became a Professional Assistant. During this period she specialised in litigation, focusing on short term insurance and motor claims.
From there she progressed to another Pretoria based firm, where she specialised in commercial contracts, pharmaceutical- and medical law.
In 2004 she started Naudés Attorneys.
Adrian Naudé completed the Bcom (Law) LLB Degree in 1999. He served his articles with a large Pretoria based law firm, where he later became a Professional Assistant. He specialised in insurance law, corporate collections and general litigation for a number of large clients. In 2001 he moved to a commercial practice in Johannesburg, where he concentrated on corporate collections and commercial law.
In 2002 he became partner in Oosthuysen Naudé & Schoeman Attorneys, where after he joined Naudés Attorneys in 2004.
Today Naudés Attorneys are able to service a vast variety of client’s through the combined experience of the aforesaid partners, focusing on insurance law (professional indemnity and public liability), contracts, corporate collections, general litigation and conveyancing.
